Workcation
Digital nomads, remote workers, foreign talent and freelancers who meet the relevant requirements may qualify under the DTV Workcation category.
Thai Soft Power Activities
Eligible activities include areas such as Muay Thai, Thai culinary training and certain medical treatment or other qualifying activities in Thailand.
Family Members
The spouse and children under 20 years old of a DTV visa holder may qualify under the relevant dependent category.

Thai Soft Power Activities
Applicants must provide evidence relating to their qualifying activity in Thailand, such as a confirmation from an organisation providing the activity or an appointment letter from a hospital or medical centre where applicable.
DTV Family Members
The spouse and children under 20 years old of a DTV holder may qualify under the relevant family category. Supporting evidence of the relationship and the DTV holder’s status may be required.
The supporting evidence required depends on the DTV category and your individual circumstances. Additional documents may be requested by the relevant Thai embassy or consulate.
