All foreigners residing in Thailand on a long-term visa (such as retirement, education, or work visas) are required to report to the Immigration Office every 90 days to confirm their current residential address. Even if the address has not changed, the report must still be filed on time; otherwise, fines may be imposed.

First Report:
Must be submitted within 15 days before the 90th day, counted from the latest entry date or last report date.
Late Penalties:
Failure to report on time results in a fine of 2,000 THB; if discovered during an inspection, fines may reach up to 4,000 THB.
Reset Rule:
Each time you leave and re-enter Thailand, the 90-day count resets.
